Final Fantasy Versus XIII director Tetsuya Nomura recently discussed the status of the project. However, the details he revealed aren't exactly at the top of gamers' want-to-know lists.

For instance, did you know that Versus XIII will still have both real-time and pre-rendered cutscenes? It's true! Except this time, you'll have a degree of control during the real-time cutsecenes. In other riveting news, the major difference between the game's high-quality and low-quality character models is the additional detail added to the hair in the upper-end model.

Nomura also unveiled three new screenshots to the interviewers from Famitsu…but not to the general public. In other words, the screens were not published. It's tough to get excited about new images when you can't even see them.

I know I said I wanted to hear more about Versus XIII instead of Theatrhythm, but this kind of meager info drip isn't what I meant.
