Crysis 2 Multiplayer Demo Drops On PC March 1
PC gamers will get their chance to put Crysis 2 Multiplayer through its paces on March 1. The PC multiplayer demo appears to be the same as that on the Xbox 360, featuring two maps and two modes. Both maps showcase a shelled Manhattan, with “Skyline” placing players on ragged rooftops and “Pier 17” in an open environment where cover is a luxury.
As far as modes go, “Team Instant Action” pits two teams against each other in a competition for the most kills, and “Crash Site” has them vying for control of drop pods.
Crysis 2 releases for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC on March 22. Unscrupulous characters may have gotten their hands on the game early, however, when it leaked on torrent sites this past weekend.
Still no word on a PlayStation 3 demo.
