Lego Star Wars III Launch Trailer Looks Less Lame Than Most Modern Star Wars Junk

Considering how goofy most modern Star Wars content is and how played out the Lego games have become, I haven't been terribly interested in Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. Surprisingly, though, this launch trailer makes the game look like a genuine step forward for developer Traveller's Tales.

Check out the video for yourself below to see the new visual overhaul for the Lego series and some fairly fun-looking gameplay. I'm still not totally sold on playing yet another Lego title in which I'll be collecting a billion studs and swapping between mute characters to solve simple puzzles...but I'm at least intrigued.
