Could Nintendo Vs. Capcom Be The Next Great Fighting Game?
Capcom is no stranger to fighting game crossovers. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (pictured above) is nearing release and looks awesome, and two Street Fighter/Tekken crossover games are planned for the near future. But Street Fighter IV producer Yoshinori Ono doesn't want to stop there.
Speaking to Cubed3 at a 3DS event in Amsterdam, Ono seemed very positive toward the idea of a Nintendo vs. Capcom fighting game. He even went so far as to say that it should be pitched to Masahiro Sakurai, the designer behind the Smash Bros. series.
Would you be interested in a Capcom/Nintendo brawler mash-up? Could Mario take Ryu in a fight? How about Samus vs. Chun Li? Let the debates begin.
