Remedy's Next Game Is Not An Alan Wake Sequel

If you're like me and you've been holding your breath for Remedy to announce a sequel to last year's horror thriller, Alan Wake, this is not the story you've been waiting for. It seems that the next project to come from the European studio will be an iOS revival of their first game, Death Rally.

Despite becoming famous for the narrative-heavy gunplay of the first two Max Payne games and Alan Wake, Remedy started as a developer by releasing car combat game Death Rally for the PC way back in 1996. The new version will be coming "exclusively" to iPhone and iPad in March.

Fingers crossed that this is just a small project to help build some funds while they work on that other franchise. Check out a trailer for the Death Rally revival below.
