2011 Yields A Slew Of New Geeky Goods

Collectible manufacturer Neca is kicking off the New Year in a big way with the reveal of four new action figures. The toys are spawned from established and unreleased titles such as Borderlands, Crysis 2, Bulletstorm, and Splinter Cell: Conviction. All four figures are slated to hit retail in March of 2011, but no price points have been announced yet. Check out the specifics below via Neca's official descriptions.

Borderlands
ClapTrap Action Figure
From the best selling videogame Borderlands comes this highly detailed poseable replica of everyone's favorite robot, Claptrap. Poseable arms, wheel, and retractable drawer and antenna. Comes with display base.

Splinter Cell: Conviction
Sam Fisher 7" Action Figure
From the bestselling Splinter Cell videogame series comes the first ever action figure of hero Sam Fisher based on his appearance in the latest game, Conviction. Figure stands 6 3/4" tall, has over 20 points of articulation, and is available in two different variations with different accessories for each.

Bulletstorm
Grayson Hunt 7" Action Figure
From the makers of Gears of War comes one of the most buzzed about new shooters from this year's E3, PAX, and TGS - it's Bulletstorm. Lead character Grayson Hunt is highly detailed, 7" scale, and is fully poseable with PMC rifle, goggles and more.

Crysis 2
Nanosuit 7" Action Figure
Last but not least, the long awaited follow-up to Crysis brings us a brand new Nanosuit and it is represented with this amazing new action figure. The figure stands 7" tall and has over 25 points of articulation and comes with the Scar assault rifle.


Additionally, Tomopop is reporting that a second line of LittleBigPlanet figures is in production and available to preorder at Mezco.net. The series includes three figures – a blue denim Sackboy, a Chinese lion Sackboy, and a Sky Sackgirl with removable wig. Each figure comes with a pop-it lasso and a sticker sheet, is individually packaged, and features seven points of articulation. You can preorder the entire set for $42.00.
