Earlier this year Sega announced that an HD remake of Crazy Taxi was in the works. Now it's dropping more concrete details on the upcoming release.

“Crazy Taxi is the second installment in our Dreamcast revival, and we hope this release will prove every bit as nostalgic to fans as Sonic Adventure did last month!” weighed in Haruki Satomi, Vice President of Digital Business at SEGA.

The HD treatment includes new, high-definition 720p graphics in a widescreen ratio, the integration of leaderboards and achievement/trophy support, and the inclusion of Arcade Mode and Original Mode. Sega promises the return of 16 minigames, the chance to traverse SanFran-inspired hills, and even deep-sea diving.

Crazy Taxi will release for digital download on November 24 for PSN ($9.99) and XBLA (800 Microsoft Points).
