by Meagan Marie on Apr 22, 2010 at 03:58 AM

Bungie debuted two premium packages for Halo: Reach this morning, both including an  impressive array of goodies. The most noteworthy addition is a 10 pound Noble Team statue designed by McFarlane Toys that comes with the more expensive of the two.

The complete breakdown can be found below.

Limited Edition

  • Game disc and manual
  • Game disc housed in recovered ONI “black box”
  • Exclusive Elite armor set for multiplayer modes
  • Artifact bag with Dr. Halsey’s personal journal, classified documents, and effects that detail secrets from the Halo universe
  • Retail for $79.99

Legendary Edition

  • Game disc and manual
  • Game disc housed in recovered ONI “black box”
  • UNSC-themed custom packaging
  • Exclusive Elite armor set for multiplayer modes
  • Exclusive multiplayer Spartan armor effect (Flaming Helmet)
  • Artifact bag with Dr. Halsey’s personal journal, classified documents, and effects that detail secrets from the Halo universe
  • Noble Team statue by McFalane Toys
  • Retail for $149.99

Bungie expects the Legendary Edition – which is being produced in limited quantities–  to sell out quickly. Considering the enthusiasm most Halo fans harbor for the franchise, we agree. If you have your eye on the pricey package, a preorder may be necessary.

Any of you going to spring for one of the gems above? How many of you picked up the Legendary Edition of Halo 3?
