The lights are on
In a new screenshot posted on the Smash Bros. Miiverse, director Masahiro Sakurai gives us a look at Luigi’s new, improved final smash. The brother in green has dumped the psychedelic dancing in favor of something with a bit more style.
While we haven’t seen the Poltergust (pictured above) in action yet, we have some thoughts about the effect it might have on opponents. We expect it might be a trap type smash that inhales foes within range and then ejects them at high velocity (not unlike Kirby’s final smash from Brawl). As long as Luigi says "I did it!" at the end, we're happy.
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS are on track for a 2014 release.
