The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD
Update: Nintendo has confirmed the amiibo functionality in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD on Wii U, including the Wolf Link amiibo that opens the Cave of Shadows.
According to Nintendo's press release on the matter, "purchasing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD and Wolf Link amiibo bundle will currently be the only way to get this amiibo figure." Rest assured, however, because every copy of the game is a bundle and therefore comes with the figure.
However, there is evidence that a separate Wolf Link amiibo does exist and could perhaps be available later. This could come in handy for those of you who don't want to buy Twilight Princess HD, but want the figure either to collect or for use in the upcoming The Legend of Zelda title for Wii U, which Nintendo says will use the Wolf Link amiibo in an unspecified way.

A new video (on Nintendo's German YouTube channel for some reason) shows how amiibos will work with Twilight Princess HD, and confirms what the Wolf Link one will unlock.
The video below shows new footage of the high-definition game in action and explains what all the Zelda amiibos unlock. Link and Toon Link restores arrows. Zelda and Sheik restores Link's hears. the Ganondorf amiibo makes the game harder by causing Link to take more damage. Finally, the Wolf Link amiibo unlocks the Cave of Shadows which lets Link and Midna take on waves of enemies.
