Learn How The Division's Med, Tech, And Security Skill Trees Work

by Tim Turi on Feb 04, 2016 at 12:50 PM

The release of Tom Clancy's The Division is just around the corner, so if you're interested in playing there's no time like the present to learn how the important skill trees work in the game. This video from Ubisoft details how players will complete missions to expand their base of operations and improve their specialized skills.

The Division breaks down its skill trees into medical, technology, and security. Players venture out into the apocalyptic ruins of New York City to complete specific missions, like rescuing a doctor to boost the base's medical wing, for instance. The video below details the skill that building out these wings will earn you, like an enemy-identifying pulse, riot shield, and sticky grenades. As a bonus, we even learn how to attach an auto-turret to mobile cover for some deadly support on the battlefield.

Tom Clancy's The Division arrives on PS4, Xbox One, and PC March 8. Learn how its weapon-based loot progression and other factors mirror Bungie's Destiny by reading our feature.
