Super Stardust Ultra

Back in 2007, Resogun developer Housemarque released a bright, explosion filled game called Super Stardust HD. The PlayStation 3 title earned a faithful following, driving the team to release the game on PSP.

The series has also made an appearance on Vita, with Super Stardust Delta in 2012. Next year, it will arrive on a fourth PlayStation system thanks to D3T and Sony XDEV.

Super Stardust Ultra will feature nine modes, new planets, improved visuals, and a way to taunt your friends. The new version will allow you to send challenges directly to friends. 

There are also split-screen competitive and cooperative modes. Release date and pricing have not yet been announced, but you can check out the first screenshots below.
