Speedball 2 HD
Fans of the classic Speedball and Speedball 2 will have a chance to revisit the series with Speedball 2 HD, developed by Vivid Games.
The futuristic sports game takes place in a dystopian 2326, when rival gangs battle for supremacy in the Speedball arena. The sport is basically soccer with hands, except the players are allowed and even encouraged to physically hurt each other.
Speedball 2 HD features career modes, quick matches, local multiplayer, strategic formations, 28 teams and 336 unique players. Players can also create their own teams and trade and upgrade their Speedball players.
The trailer below sets up the story of the game and shows some crazy plays that can be pulled off. Speedball 2 HD will hit Steam and Get Games on December 5.
