Space Hulk: Deathwing
In Space Hulk: Deathwing, players face an unrelenting and ravenous alien enemy. Fortunately for the game's Librarian heroes, they're equipped with a variety of potent weapons to permanently shush the Genestealer threat. A new batch of screens shows some of the game's environments and, of course, the terrifying creatures that the Space Marines have to eradicate.
The screens, which you can see in the gallery below, include shots of abandoned vessels including a Black Templar battle barge and an Adeptus Mechanicus vessel. If those names don't trip any alarms for you, all you need to know is that they're big, dark, and not as empty as one might hope. Players can take on the threat either as a Space Marine with A.I. companions, or cooperatively with other players. It features a dynamic enemy A.I. system that rewards skilled players with increasing hordes of enemies, similarly to how Left 4 Dead's Director system worked.
Space Hulk: Deathwing is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC this year.
