Soulcalibur V

As a longtime fan of the series, I came away from Soulcalibur V's TGS build very impressed. I'm eagerly awaiting the game's early 2012 release, and Namco has released some new screens to make the wait a little easier.

In the gallery below, you'll see the returning Cervantes and perennial oddball Yoshimitsu. In addition, you'll see new characters Aeon and Xiba. The former appears to be some sort of winged, fire-breathing version of Lizardman, and we wouldn't be surprised to learn that the bow-wielding Xiba is a student of Kilik. Soulcalibur V will hit the PS3 and 360 on January 31, 2012.
