Soma
Frictional's Soma is coming to E3 next week. And as is becoming custom, we're getting an early look at the trailer.
Not everything is as it seems in this trailer. Except for the death. We anticipate that there will be lots of that.
As you might recall from previous trailers and previews, Frictional Games' follow-up to Amnesia: The Dark Descent puts players under the water in an eerie station. There, players encounter robots that believe they are human.
They have the memories and information processing as if they were in their flesh bodies. They lack the self-awareness of their situations though, and don't understand that they are trapped in machine bodies. You can see another trailer exploring that here. You can also read up in an earlier preview.
