As promised, Smite is headed toward beta on Xbox One. Today, developer Hi-Rez Studios released a new trailer and opened beta registrations for interested Xbox One players.

The Smite World Championships begin in a few days, and those in attendance will be able to get their hands on the Xbox One version of the game. For everyone else, you can register here.

For PC players, Hi-Rez is offering a discount on the Ultimate God Pack, which includes all 60 of the game’s characters. The bundle is typically priced at $29.99, but will be listed at $19.99 through the end of the championships.

For more on Smite, read our review of the PC version and our take on why this is an important title for the Xbox One. The title is planned for full release sometime in mid-2015.
