Randal's Monday
Nexus Games’s upcoming “point-and-geek” adventure game now features a cast that includes two Clerks veterans. Jeff Anderson (Clerks' Randal) will voice the titular character while Jason Mewes (Jay from Clerks) will portray Jay.
Fans of 1994’s Clerks and its 2006 sequel will recognize both actors, but despite naming similarities, Randal’s Monday is decidedly not a Clerks-branded game. As Anderson states in the video below, the game incorporates a wealth of pop culture references, some of which allude to Clerks – but the parallels end there.
The video below should help explain the situation, while the screenshots exemplify the cartoonish humor used in the game.
Randal’s Monday will be out on November 12th for PC. Visit the game’s website here, check out its Steam page here, and find it on Good Old Games here.
