Rainbow Six Siege
Ubisoft has announced an open beta for Rainbow Six Siege in the days leading up to its release. Players with a PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC who want to try out the tactical shooter will be able to do so during the open beta that runs from November 25 to 29.
In addition, Ubisoft has revealed a new television spot for Rainbow Six Siege starring Idris Elba. The action in the trailer depicts the kind of strategies players can expect to utilize during a match in Rainbow Six Siege with all the spectacle of a Hollywood action film.
The value that live-action video game trailers bring to potential consumers is questionable, but the attention they attract from a mainstream audience cannot be denied – particularly when they star a huge actor like Idris Elba. Ubisoft says this trailer will be running during peak viewing hours such as during football games on Thanksgiving and the mid-season finale of The Walking Dead, so you can probably expect to see it on your TV sometime soon.
