Prototype 2

Activision and Radical Entertainment said that a new Prototype 2 CG trailer would be arriving Friday at New York Comic-Con. Wouldn't you know it? Today's Friday, and we've got the clip for you right here. It sets up the confrontation between Prototype 1's Alex Mercer and new character James Heller. As you'll see, this Heller guy has a few neat tricks of his own.

You won't get so much of a glimpse of Mercer in this video, though there's another installment coming. Don't assume that this is just a bunch of boring exposition, though. Heller makes the most of this Mercer-free situation, taking the opportunity to demonstrate his arm-blade skills and devilishly effective tentacle bomb. See for yourself below.

Activision has also released some new screens for the game, which you can see in the gallery. Look for Prototype 2 on April 24, 2012, on the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
