If you enjoy four-player fighting games like Towerfall and Samurai Gun, you may be interested in checking out a new game called Paperbound, coming out on PS4 and Steam sometime this month. The game features 11 hand-drawn characters pulled from classic literature like A Journey to the Center of the Earth and Dante’s Inferno, as well as some popular indie characters including Juan from Guacamelee, the Locksmith from Monaco, and Captain Viridian from VVVVVV. An interesting feature of the game as you can see in the trailer below, is that the characters will run in 360 degrees of motion as they clamber over round platforms and on the ceiling of the arenas.

There are 18 arenas in the game and four different gameplay modes that include free-for-alls and team battles. In order to win a match, you must jump into a portal once the victory conditions have been met.
