Minecraft: Story Mode – Episode 2: Assembly Required
Usually, we have to wait a little while between Telltale episodes. Not so with Minecraft: Story Mode. You can dig in starting today.
The developer has been crafty, ensuring that Episode Two - Assembly Required is ready alongside the release of the game’s season pass disc. That hits retail today, giving players on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3 (also PC in Europe) the opportunity to own a physical version of the game.
It works like any other physical media. You can loan it to a friend and anything else you can do with a disc. It isn’t a code-in-a-box, and instead simply authenticates download of future episodes for whomever has it in the drive.
Regardless of whether you pick up the disc at retail or have a season pass code already, Episode 2 - Assembly Required is available starting today. Those playing on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC will be able to continue Jesse’s adventure. Mobile and Wii U versions are coming later.
