Here's What You Will Need To Play The Phantom Pain On PC
There aren't may surprises in The Phantom Pain's system requirements, but it does demand a bit more RAM than Ground Zero's recommended settings.
For comparison's sake, you can find Ground Zeroes' system requirements here and Phantom Pain's below. You will need twice as much RAM than you did for Ground Zeroes if you want the true Phantom Pain experience.

- Memory: 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (2GB) or better (DirectX 11 card Required)
- DirectX: Version 11
- Hard Drive: 28 GB available space
- Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
Recommended:
