Today Ubisoft officially unveiled a new off-road racing game from Techland, the developer behind Dead Island and the Call of Juarez series.

Formerly codenamed Project Haste, this download only off-road racer looks like a cartoony cousin of Black Rock Studio's 2008 ATV game Pure. While you're racing on one of the 45 tracks from around the world, you can pull off crazy aerial stunts, use boosts to shoot to the front of the pack, and uncover shortcuts. The game also features a 12-player, drop-in multiplayer system complete with leaderboards and three different modes. Techland has a long history of working on racing games; its most recent foray into the genre was the 2010 off road racer Nail'd, which Game Informer rated an 8.0 out of 10

Look for the game on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network, and PC sometime this spring.
