Godzilla Smash3
Godzilla has starred in his fair share of video games over the years, ranging from fighters to side-scrollers, but his first game since 2007 is something else entirely: a mobile match three puzzle game coming to iOS and Android devices.
Revealed today, Godzilla Smash3 looks to be a simple match three puzzle game where matching certain blocks prompts Godzilla to take out his frustration on helpless buildings or military personnel. The game will coincide with the launch of the new American Godzilla film reboot, in theaters May 16th, which will have Godzilla destroying San Francisco. If nothing else, the game's trailer gives eager moviegoers a good preview of what the newly redesigned King of the Monsters will look like in action before the film.
