Final Fantasy XV
In FF XV, player control Crown Prince Noctis, who is on the run with his comrades after Niflheim launches a surprise attack on the Kingdom of Lucis. The latest trailer for the game shows what happened 15 years earlier to help set the wheels in motion.
Niflheim take control of Lucis under the guise of a peace offer, seizing the kingdom's crown city and crystal. Noctis is also in this position partly due to events 15 years earlier.
Final Fantasy XV is in development for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
