The next-gen version of FIFA 14 will share many of the same features of the current-gen version – which is good considering that EA Sports has dropped features between generations before. However, it will also thankfully have its own cool touches.

Today EA released some new screens for the game – hitting the Xbox One on November 22 and PlayStation 4 on November 15 – as well as some new details.

As you can see in some of the shots in the gallery below, FIFA 14 on the upcoming consoles will finally allow multiple defenders to go up for a header. EA also says that you'll be given more control and variety for your headers as well.

Developer EA Canada also says that players' decision making is now based on multiple frames per second, which hopefully will translate into players' acting quicker, smarter, and with more context of what to do in certain situations.

Hopefully the next-generation systems can translate to an improved experience, but we won't know for sure until we get some extended hands-on time with the game.
