You Can Choose To Sentence A Man To Death In Dragon Age: Inquisition
by Mike Futter on Nov 04, 2014 at 07:06 AM

BioWare titles have featured morality systems for quite a while, with complexity and nuance growing with each installment. In Dragon Age: Inquisition, you can decide to execute someone dragged before you. We’re going to hope he deserved it.

In the latest trailer for the upcoming title, you’ll see some of the ways you can influence the story. As in previous entries, conversation choices will have an impact on the party members with you at the time. You’ll also make grander decisions, not the least of which is aligning yourself with the mages or the templars.

Earning the trust of your followers will unlock new missions, a system that calls back to Mass Effect 2. You also run the risk of driving some members of the Inquisition away for good if your decisions contradict their own morality too drastically.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is due out on November 18 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC. Be sure to spend some time with Dragon Age Keep to import your past decisions into the new game. And if you can’t remember all the tiny choices you made, we’ve got a guide for that.
