Distance
In the future, everything is different – including the racing. Distance is a futuristic racer from indie studio Refract that's about more than just super speeds, and the self-billed survival racer has just been announced for the PS4.
The game is expected for the system sometime in 2015, and presents a new take on racing complete with platforming, barrel rolls, car-splitting lasers, flying, and much more. The game is not only about survival, but the "tracks" are also somewhat freeform in that they encourage you to explore and go in different directions; breaking away from linearity.
Distance features various multiplayer modes as well as an Adventure mode that introduces players to the car's functions via a short story.
