by Luke Walaszek on Mar 21, 2016 at 08:15 AM

Publisher Deep Silver announced Deadlight: Director’s Cut today, a definitive version of the zombie-infested platformer that first shambled onto the Xbox Live Arcade and PCs back in 2012. The new version will include improved visuals, tweaked controls, and a Survival Arena mode.

Set in 1986, Deadlight is the story of Randall Wayne, a lone survivor navigating the ruins of Seattle after a zombie outbreak cripples the world. You can read our review of the original game here.

Deadlight: Director’s Cut will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on June 21 for $19.99. You can check out some screenshots from the game in the gallery below.
