Dead Rising 2: Off the Record
Dead Rising 2: Off the Record hits next week, on October 11. In addition to adding old-school hero Frank West to the game, this budget-priced release adds new psychopaths, cutscenes, and a modified campaign with an all-new area. For fans of the series, however, the biggest bonus is definitely the return of a sandbox mode, where the focus is less on saving the world and more on humiliating zombies. I took Tim on a quick tour of this free-form section, highlighting a few interesting bits that I picked up during my earlier time with the game.
Check out the video below for a look at some of the new weapons, a decent overview of what you can expect from Sandbox Mode, and a bunch of obvious jokes about the name "Uranus Zone."
