Call of Duty: Black Ops III
Activision is holding the first Call of Duty beta in a number of years starting next week. For those that have pre-ordered Black Ops III, there’s a sizable chunk of content waiting when things get underway.
The beta will include at least seven modes, three maps, eight specialists, and the weapon customization and paint features. PlayStation 4 owners can get things underway starting on August 19. Xbox One and PC players get their crack at it a week later on August 26.
The way the number of maps and modes are listed either means that the roster isn't final or more will be added along the way. The full game is out on November 6 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Just catching up on Black Ops III? We have more on the multiplayer and the single-player.
