Bioshock Infinite
Irrational's Ken Levine narrates this video about the windows that Elizabeth can rip open into other potential worlds in the upcoming action/adventure.
Levine compares Elizabeth's innate ability to tap into alternate dimensions to the work of genetic scientist Tenenbaum from the first BioShock game. As Tenenbaum's creations riffed off of the real-world research into DNA that was going on at the time BioShock is set in, Elizabeth's unique talent plays with the theoretical physics that Einstein and Planck were discovering during Infinite's timeframe.
Tears are also a significant gameplay vector; many situations have Elizabeth giving the player a choice between several options, of which she only has the strength to open one.

BioShock Infinite keeps picking up Game of the Show nods every time Irrational shows off anything new, and the tears revealed at E3 2011 were no different. The game comes out next year (not nearly soon enough!) on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
