Bloodborne Director Heading Up Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
Activision and From Software have confirmed that Hidetaka Miyazaki, the director of several games in the Souls series, is also acting as director for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Miyazaki was the director of Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and co-director on Dark Souls III while he worked primarily on the PS4 exclusive. Miyazaki is also the President of the studio and has often told the story of how he was given a chance to try something weird with Demon's Souls and it more or less defined his career.
