GI Show – The Rapture, Best of Gamescom, And Game Informer Internships

by Tim Turi on Aug 13, 2015 at 01:00 PM

We survived Gamescom 2015 in Cologne, Germany, only to be thrust into the Rapture. This week we recap the big games of Gamescom, like Star Wars: Battlefront, Crackdown 3, and Scalebound, and also discuss the exploration-focused Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. Stick around afterwards as we answer more emails and talk with the GI interns about their experience in the program.

The main crew on today's main segment and round of emails is Jeff Cork, Kim Wallace, Ben Hanson, and me. In the final segment, Jeff and Kim are replaced by GI interns Alissa McAloon, Hershall Cook, and Christian Belland. Be sure to watch that last segment if you've ever wondering what an internship at Game Informer is like, and whether it might be for you.

Watch episode 260 below or subscribe and listen to the audio on iTunes. You can also download the podcast from this article or stream it via SoundCloud. Also, be sure to send your emails to podcast@gameinformer.com for a chance to have them answered on the show and win a prize by becoming Email of the Week!
