Game Informer Show 62: Crysis 2, World Record Wrap-Up, LEGO Star Wars

by Matt Helgeson on Mar 24, 2011 at 02:01 PM

With Killzone 3 and Bulletstorm already out, it's been a great year for shooters so far. This trend continues with Crysis 2, Crytek's groundbreaking new sequel. It's a creative shooter, and just might be the best-looking console FPS to date. Matt Bertz and Andy Reiner stop by to tell you why it's worth your time. In the second segment, we sift through the wrecked minds of Dan Ryckert, Jeff Cork, Tim Turi, and Ben Reeves, who set a Guinness World Record for playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl for 30 hours straight. Finally, we get back on track with Andy Reiner, who thinks LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars might be the most surprising game of the year so far.

This episode features music by Big Jess of Unknown Prophets. Jess did the beats that we usually use as the bumper music for the Game Informer Show. He has just released a new double solo CD Self-Therapy/Good Clean Fun 3, which you can download for free here. Follow Big Jess on Twitter here.
