Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition Benchmarks Outlined
It's been over a year since Final Fantasy XV's release. Its continued, successful support has been nothing less than astonishing, and that commitment to keeping it rolling was made more evident with the announcement that it'd be coming to PC. With a release date of March 6 confirmed in the past few weeks and new content coming along with it, PC players can now test to see how the title will fare on their systems with a benchmark tool.
In a post from Dan Seto on Square Enix's blog, he mentions how "native 4K and 8K resolutions with HDR10 and Dolby Atmos [will be supported] along with ongoing mod support." You can download the benchmark tool here and read more details about minimum and recommended specs in the blog post. You can also pre-order this edition of the game from Steam, Origin, or the Microsoft Store with respective bonuses related to cosmetics and items. More bonuses will be announced in the near future with these platforms.
