Latest Overwatch Developer Diary Confirms New Heroes On The Way
The newest Overwatch developer diary with Jeff Kaplan confirms that new heroes and levels are currently being tested.
The video is mostly a celebration of what Blizzard has accomplished with Overwatch over the last year, including three new heroes, new levels, and a death match mode which Kaplan acknowledges the team said they would never do but feel good about now.
Kaplan announces the newest hero, Hero #27, is currently being internally tested. There are also other heroes currently in development following 27. Considering Blizzard initially didn't commit to any heroes beyond the first round of DLC, it is heartening to know that they're continuing to add more in 2018.
