Hideo Kojima Has Revealed His Top Five Movies Of The Year
Hideo Kojima, the auteur director of Metal Gear Solid and currently Death Stranding, has tweeted out his top five movies of the year.
Kojima is a well-known movie buff that has made no bones about how film influences the way he creates games and his casting choices, like Kiefer Sutherland, Norman Reedus, Guillermo Del Toro, and Mads Mikkelsen. Of the apparently 150 movies released this year that Kojima has seen, these are his top five:
- Paterson
- Ma'rosa
- Logan
- Shape of Water
- Blade Runner 2049
Hideo Kojima is currently working on Death Stranding, a PlayStation 4-exclusive action title. You can watch the latest trailer here and then see what details the director has given for the game here.
