Groudon Now Appearing In Pokémon Go Raids

The legendary Ground-type Pokémon Groudon is now appearing in Pokémon Go Raids around the world.

Groudon was the legendary of Pokémon Ruby, the Hoenn region, and was part of Team Magma's plan to destroy the ocean and make the planet entirely land. It wasn't a super well thought out plan.

Like most Raid Legendaries, Groudon is only available for a limited time. You can start catching him now, but he's only available until 1:00 PM PST/3:00 PM EST on January 15, 2018.
