This weekend, from December 8 to 10, hundreds of fans gathered at CWL Dallas, one of the largest Call of Duty eSports tournaments. Shortly after the event opened on Friday, fans were forced to evacuate the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center due to a building-wide evacuation after what is believed to be a bomb threat. Today, a second bomb threat occurred, prompting another evacuation.

Although this put the event on hold, CWL Dallas continued through the weekend once the threat was clear rather than a complete cancellation of the event. Today, during the finals, a second bomb threat was given which once again forced attendees out of the convention center. MLG (Major League Gaming) says they are looking into the situation.
