Ghost Recon Wildlands Gets Free Mode, Maps, And More Added To PVP

by Jeff Marchiafava on Nov 17, 2017 at 06:01 PM

Ubisoft Paris has dropped a new care package into its open-world tactical shooter, focusing on the newly launched PvP Ghost War mode.

Ubisoft Paris launched Wildlands' competitive multiplayer component in early October, and our shooter aficionado Matt Bertz had good things to say about it. The experience was pretty limited, however, so the new Interference update will be welcome news to PvP fans. It adds a new four-vs-four Uplink mode, a new Disruptor class, and six more multiplayer maps (four of which support the new mode).

Some of the new content is limited to season pass and Ghost War pass owners at the moment, but will be available to everyone starting next week. Learn more by watching the video below.

The Interference update also contains a host of tweaks and improvements, which you can read about here. Ubisoft Paris has five more updates planned for Ghost War, which will be releasing through next April. For more on the game, read our review.
