News

Square-Enix has announced that they are holding a celebratory livestream for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age's glowing reception after releasing on PlayStation 4 in July of this year.

During the last quarterly report, Square-Enix pointed out that the HD remaster of Yasumi Matsuno's PlayStation 2 Final Fantasy game shipped a million units, making it one of the more successful HD remasters of the generation. Combined with the critical and audience reaction, the publisher is ecstatic with the release, prompting the livestream to celebrate.

Further, Square-Enix has promised that there "may be news that will make fans happy."

The livestream is scheduled for 6:00AM ET on November 21. Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age released on PlayStation 4 earlier this year and you can find our review of the game here.

Our Take
