The surly supernatural investigator smacks down the competition in his Injustice 2 character reveal video.
Released earlier today, the new gameplay trailer shows off Hellboy's moves against the Red Lantern. Utilizing heavy hitting strikes mixed with ranged attacks from his revolver, his move set looks to offer some depth for potential players and a good challenge for those facing him. His character design from the comics translates over nicely, still capturing the look of Mike Mignola's art without feeling out of place among Injustice 2's other characters.
Hellboy will be available to players with early access on November 14 and will be available at a later date for all other players. Our Take
Hellboy has definitely been an outlier among Injustice 2's announced DLC characters, but he seems to have been implemented smoothly into the game. Props to NetherRealm Studios for another worthwhile addition to the game's roster.
