First-Ever Frontier Expo Talks Jurassic World Evolution, Elite Dangerous & More
Studio Frontier Developments held its first Frontier Expo in London, revealing info on a trio of titles.
Jurassic World Evolution is out in the summer of 2018, and the new video – featuring the first in-game look at the title – shows off some of the different weather and time-of-day effects in the park, and of course, the dinos themselves. Everything seems so peaceful. What could possibly go wrong?
In 2018 Elite Dangerous is hosting a series of free updates known as Beyond, featuring narrative progression, new content, and changes to the core gameplay. Major Beyond updates occur in the first and last quarters of 2018, with content updates also coming in between.
The Q1 update offers new Wing missions, expanded authority responses to criminal behavior, and improved engineering. The Q4 update allows squadron grouping, new mining tools, and more. For a more detailed rundown of the contents of the Beyond updates, click here.
Planet Coaster's free anniversary update is out later this year, featuring four new rides (including the first-ever water coaster), and more in-depth staff-management concerns.
