Seemingly out of nowhere, Ubisoft today announced multiplayer shooter Atomega, from the Grow Home team, which will see a Steam release on September 19.

The online multiplayer shooter focuses on picking up mass and creating a body from blocks on the ground. Over the ten minute rounds, players gain mass, lose it, and change strategies on the fly based on how big they are at any given time. Mass also determines the point tally at the end of the match.

The concept sounds very similar to the PC/Switch game revealed earlier this month, Morphie's Law, which seems to just be a fascinating coincidence. Check out the trailer below to see Atomega's unique artstyle in motion.
