Titanfall Spin-Off Comes To Mobile Next Week

Titanfall: Assault, a spin-off of the popular shooter, is coming to iOS and Android next week. This title moves away from Titanfall's signature fast-paced gameplay and replaces it with real-time strategy. 

You play as a commander leading crews through different environments as you attempt to capture enemy territories. As you travel across familiar Titanfall locations, you collect burn cards and upgrade resources.

This isn't the first time Titanfall has attempted to enter the mobile market. Titanfall: Frontline, which reimagined the Titanfall universe as a card game, was cancelled earlier this year before it even exited beta.

An exclusive titan is available for Android users that pre-register for the game on Google Play. Titanfall: Assault launches for Android and iOS on August 10.
