Arms Gets A New Character And Versus Mode Tomorrow

Last month, Nintendo announced that the first free DLC character for Arms would be Max Brass. Today, we got news that he'll be joining the game along with some other additions, starting tomorrow!

The update includes a few balance changes to prevent any particular character from rising to the top (they're looking at you, Kid Cobra) and a brand-new versus mode. Speaking with Eurogamer, Arms producer Kosuke Yabuki said that the mode will involve two or three players fighting over Hedlok's mask. When a player obtains the mask, he or she becomes Hedlok, and the remaining players must team up to defeat him.
