Game Of Thrones' Season 8 Could Have Movie-Length Episodes
The news that the final two seasons of Game of Thrones will each contain fewer than 10 episodes has many GOT fans bummed. But there's a chance those shortened seasons will be jam-packed with more content than any other, according to Game of Thrones sound designer Paula Fairfield.
At a panel during Con of Thrones 2017, Fairfield revealed that the production team is considering making every episode of Season 8 movie-length. Fairfield also confirmed that the Season 7 finale will be 82 minutes long.
Season 7 of Game of Thrones premieres July 16.
