For those that reached the top 500 in their region, they will receive an extra spray and player icon as well. Depending on your Competitive Points (CP), you'll be able to purchased gold skins. CP is tied to your Skill Rating (SR), and you can view below how these tiers work:

SR 1-1499 (Bronze): 100 CP

SR 1500-1999 (Silver): 200 CP

SR 2000-2499 (Gold): 400 CP

SR 2500-2999 (Platinum): 800 CP

SR 3000-3499 (Diamond): 1200 CP

SR 3500-3999 (Master): 2000 CP

SR 4000-5000 (Grandmaster): 3000 CP

Overwatch recently kicked off its anniversary event, which includes several of its own unique goodies. It runs until June 12. Overwatch is currently also hosting a free weekend up until tomorrow, which means players can enjoy the game free of charge. All progress made transfers over to the full game for those that purchase it afterwards.
